I don’t care if I’m crazy you so deserved it!!!! I was so happy for you and I could see the look of surprise and happiness on your face when you were called. It must have been an awesome moment!!! Again thank you for coming back you were missed!!!!

About 5 or 6 weeks ago I was updating Twitter on my Blackberry and everything went black. I tried another phone and finally changed carrier and went back to RIM.
Aaaanyway…here I am and I am so glad to be back unharmed by the technical voodoo that was getting the best…

I left my heart in San Francisco
Last week I spent a long weekend in the beautiful San Francisco.

The city was spectacular-friendly people, fresh air, unique architecture, and views to last a lifetime. I can’t wait to go back!!

Pat you are so right about the food situation. There are so many schools out there that do not server healthy lunches for example. I ask my daughter everyday what did you have for lunch and it’s either pizza, fries or chicken nuggets none of which are very healthy. Why can’t our childrens schools produce healthy meals for our children. Just recently I decided to make changes in the way we eat I was so tired of the fast food and prepared food don’t get me wrong I still love to go out to eat but just try and pick healthier options. My daughter and I have started exercising and our trainer is helping with food choices it’s only been a couple of months but feel so much better. But back to your rant I totally agree something needs to be done about our children eating healthier but it is hard for some when the healthy stuff is so much more expensive. Any ideas you come up with I am totally behind! And by the way love the blog you are totally so sincere love that and to heck with Kim K!! : )

I have been a fan for years and that’s what I always loved about you and the band, the love for the audience and how genuine you guys were. Don’t hate the haters they will always be there the bigger u get the more negative attention you will get it’s sad. Just keep spreading that love trust me we all feel it at each and every concert. Alright Pat this reminded me of something I once read in a book called “The Four Agreements” it said: “Don’t take anything personally (which I know is very hard by the way) nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won’t be the victom of needless suffering.” There will always be mean cruel people in this world the best you can do is stay positive and believe in who you are. Stay strong and don’t let others negativity influence your life. I love the fact that you are sharing more publically thru your blogs but that of course that will lead to more criticism, people will always criticize not everyone likes the same thing. But you seem like a wonderful loving person and that’s all that matters, keep sharing your love thru your music and your blog! The ones that love you get it : )
